Asanti, the UK colocation data centre provider, has today announced a joint venture with Lunar Digital, the AI-optimised data centre provider, based in Manchester. The agreement, which takes effect immediately, follows an increased investment from Asanti’s longer-term backer, Invesis. As part of the arrangement, Rob Garbutt, of Lunar Digital, will assume the role of interim Managing Director, taking over from Stewart Laing, who has decided to retire from the business.
